Patrick and Nick came to my home within an hour of my on-line request for drain cleaning of my kitchen drain. This was around 8:00 PM on a Thursday night. They were able to solve my problem and were professional, personable, knowledgeable and very neat. Getting same day service at that time of the day at the flat rate was a definite plus I will definitely use their services again.

I was extremely impressed with Patrick's service. The only reason I gave him 5 stars is because the website won't let you give him 10! I had a hose bib shut off valve that was leaking. I went online at 8:20 PM and found Done Right Today through Angie's List. Within two minutes of having my issue matched with Done Right Today, I received a phone call from Patrick. He offered to come over by 9:00 PM for NO EXTRA CHARGE! I was a little hesitant because his company did not have any reviews, but I told him okay nonetheless. I quickly checked the BBB and was pleased to see Patrick had a very good rating. I also learned he had only just started his business earlier this year (which explained why there were no reviews). Patrick showed up just before 9:00 and had replaced the valve and was out of the house within twenty minutes. The bill was far less than I expected to pay, having dealt with the "Big Name" plumbing companies in town in the past. Between the price being so reasonable, how quickly my problem was resolved, and there being no extra charge for a Friday night after hours appointment, I really was stunned. During the time he was here, I learned Patrick had worked for seven years for one of the large plumbing companies in town. As soon as I heard that, I realized experience wouldn't be an issue. The bottom line is that not only would I use him again, I've already scheduled additional plumbing work to be done before I let him out the door. Aside from everything I've said here, Patrick is a super great guy!! If you have ANY hesitation about using him, call him and ask him for "Rich Abrams" telephone number.
