This plumber called me at 6 pm today, maybe an hour after I started my search on Home Advisor, if that. Said he would come right over and he was there 20 minutes later! He looked at the problem - leaking spraying outside faucet - and gave me a quote. Then repaired it then and there, and quite quickly. Works perfectly now. I was beyond impressed!!

Patrick (the owner)and his helper Nick were very professional. They came to fix our problems the same day. They were quick & efficient. Finished the job quicker than expected. They wore booties in the house and cleaned up after the job was finished. They checked their work twice before leaving. Great experience.

Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. The owner made sure that I understood what was happening each step of the way. He respected my input and took pride in making sure I was clear what was happening. When he discovered an unexpected pipe leak (not his fault) , he fixed it for no extra cost. I am not sure about pricing since the other two other companies on Home Advisor picked for my plumbing needs never responded.! I will definitely call on them again and have already recommended Done Right Today to my close friends.

I had a difficult problem - it ended up being pin-hole leak in a pipe in the wall - and Patrick came over right away (in the evening!), was very respectful and professional, found the problem, fixed it, and gave me good information about next steps to deal with some of the collateral damage. He did all this in a couple of hours, and at a price that was less than I expected. He will be my go-to plumber and I can recommend him strongly.
