The wax ring on a toilet failed causing a leak in the ceiling below it. Having had a previous good experience with this company, I called them. They immediately volunteered to have someone out that evening. The situation had been stabilized however and we made an appointment. The matter was resolved promptly and efficiently.

Repairs were completed successfully. I appreciated the being kept informed as the repairs were ongoing.

Done Right Today, Inc was very timely in their installation of my new electric hot water heater. They replaced an old oil fired hot water heater and successfully addressed all my concerns with the conversion from the old oil-fired hot water heater to the new electric water heater.
