kitchen sink ..would not drain at all ! then noticed a leak in my basement.. this was a Sunday evening. called first thing Mon. am... had an appointment first thing Tues am ! Ryan & Nick arrived on time ... diagnosed the issue( which turned out to be my main galvanized pipe under sink and behind wall in my kitchen.. leaking ! totally rusted through ! replaced all pipe from first floor to basement . . and all pipe under sink, new fixture! friendly , professional, work area clean during and after job ! will be calling again for sure when in need of plumbing work.

After thoroughly checking around, the Done Right Today discount coupon and parts & labor warranty, resulted in DRT edging out their competition. It's also very important to note that Patrick, Nick & Ryan worked together to ensure that my old 80 gal water heater was replaced the day after I called with the 65 gal electric hybrid water heater of my choice. These guys exhibited a high degree of customer focus and went the extra mile to quickly locate and install this hard to find hybrid. And, they completed the installation in about 2 hrs!!
