I contacted 5 plumbing companies and Done Right Today provided the lowest price. The guys did a very nice job on the install and the removal/clean-up. My overall score of 3 is due to one thing. The first guys that came out got the great rate from the office and I was going to proceed with the work. I went upstairs and then the guy called me back down to advise me that my sump pump was not working. It was working fine before they came. The price they gave to repair the pump seemed very high to me and after many expletives, not to the guys, just for my crap luck, I said I had to think about it. The office said the price for the work was good until the next day. After they left and I calmed down, I went back to the sump pump, fished the dehumidifier hose out and the pump worked fine. I checked it twice by dumping 4 gallons of water in and it worked perfectly fine. I still used Done Right the next day as the price was the lowest. The one guy told me I had a leak elsewhere and that it could be extremely costly to repair. Unfortunately I did not trust him due to the sump pump situation from the previous day so I doubt I would use them again.

My experience with Done Right Today was excellent. Teach was on time. Checked out my problem that affected inside and outside. Explained what needed to be done. Did the work. So between the time a reported the concern and the actual project being completed it was less than 24 hours. VERY EFFICIENT!

Ryan was thorough and cleaned up after. It didn't take very long to put my faucet in.

Several weeks ago, I reached out to Angie's List and came across Done Right Today plumbing. Ryan responded and asked me a few questions to gain a better idea of the situation at hand. After answers a couple questions and sending a few pictures of the issue i was experiencing, Ryan was able to point me in the right direction. He was knowledgeable, personable and professional! After coming on site and assessing my issue he and his crew quickly identified the problem and provided a solution. Ryan, Kevin and Jim were able to complete the work within a day and do a great job of leaving everything how they found it. The level of professionalism was impressive and left me feeling confident that I selected the right guys for the job. I highly recommend Done Right Today. work was done and stayed in my budget, stated one type of parts and then made it clear after that was not what was going to be installed. 40/60 well bladder installed and it reads 56 psi will call back today and update review , but over all happy with job

we had multiple projects to get done, and Patrick called very soon after i posted the request. Patrick arrived on time to look over the job. we had a Franke Little Butler and a new replacement faucet, but Patrick was able to determine that our 20 yr old hot water tank under the sink was not compatible. we also had two toilets needing work in addition to a shut off valve for a water filter that needed replacement. after our franke hot water tank arrived Patrick and his assistant arrived the next day. Professional, courteous, friendly, took extra time to explain everything they were doing. Everything was perfect and the price was extremely fair. also a 3 year warranty on their labor! we have found our new go-to plumbers! thanks to the entire crew! had 3 workers including Patrick! awesome job guys!! thank you!

Quick and professional

Plumbing costs in general seem high but this Done Right Today appears to be lower than many. Ryan was very courteous and knowledgable. He showed up when he said he would and completed the job without any hitches.

Ryan did an excellent job very friendly and quick

I was very happy with the plumbing work that Done Right Today completed in my house. Ryan and Kevin installed 3 new toilets changed out the shutoff valves and replaces the cartridges in my shower tub combination and shower. Work was completed in 4 hours and the place was nice and clean when they finished. I am very happy with the installation and would recommend them to family and friends.
