I hired them to unclog a toilet. Got a next day appointment. Patrick was helpful and courteous in scheduling and quoting the job. Justin came early and asked questions to understand the problem and what I had already tried to clear the drain. Within 15 minutes he had the drain running. Good service at a good price. I worked with Patrick the Owner on a sewer back-up problem. Due to an accidental injury of a "Done Right Today" primary plumber, he wasn't able to come out the first day. However, Patrick hung in there with me until the job was satisfactorily completed on the following day. The crew was very patient, friendly and thorough. I cannot give Done Right a high enough score! Itâ s customer service is unparalleled. I called Patrick around 4:00pm to request help with a leaky pipe. Unknown to us, the dishwasher had been dripping water into the basement, We only knew about it when we discovered the damage in a closet in the basement. Patrick arrived at 6:00! Unbelievable! He identified the problem and stopped the leak to prevent further damage.The cost? $39.99. Unbelievable! I highly recommend Done Right Today!!!

Leaking pipes repaired and two sinks replaced in timely, professional manner

Know little to nothing about water heaters the two gentleman that came to my home were very informative and took the time to explain the process to me and answer all my questions. They were clear about their pricing and were %100 honest. The work was done fast and didn't interrupt my day one bit. I actually felt comfortable enough to mow my lawn while the fellas worked! The work was done quickly and the finished product looked better than it did before. My water heater worked without fail. Its a difficult thing to find contractors who are trustworthy and honest and I know that I have found one with Done Right Today. They are absolutely my first call for all things plumbing relate. Specifically I had Ryan and Kevin as my technicians and couldn't have asked for a better crew.

The two technicians that came to my home were polite, professional, and thorough. They were able to install the tub that I purchased to control hair buildup in the drinks. Unfortunately during the job, something was dropped on the edge of the tub and the tub ended up getting chipped. I have been assured that they will come back and repair the damage free of charge and I am currently on the waitlist for that repair. Other than that I would not hesitate to hire them again. Review update: As promised, Ryan did send a subcontractor to repair the paint chip on my tub. Unfortunately, the technician had a poor attitude and did a lousy job. So, I will have to find another vendor to refinish the paint on my brand new tub.

Projects on three different occasions within a month were rebuilding two toilets, replacing one toilet, replacing two water shut-off valves, and an unexpected water heater replacement. All were done efficiently and courteously. I will recommend Done Right Today to my friends and neighbors.
