My questions were answered professionally by Heather and appt booked promptly. Service guy, Frank showed up early, was very friendly, patient and customer oriented. My family member who’s home was being serviced has an intellectual disability and Frank was patient and accommodating. I appreciated his honesty when discussing options and fixing the repair work right. Pricing was very fair. Would hire again.

The Technician, Work hard, This was a very old pipe, he worked so hard. But he got the job done. Appreciate it .I would Recommend this company.

The person I spoke with on the phone was very nice and polite. Frank showed up a few minutes early and was very knowledgeable about my two problems. He didn't actually perform the work, just assessed what was wrong and quoted the price for them to fix it. Once I knew the problem I did the work myself so I only paid their diagnostic fee, which was very reasonable. I'd happily work with them again if I have plumbing problems in the future.

Try this company. I WAS IMPRESSED. They are local to my location. Frank told me a little about the Done right today company. The founders have 20 years of experience in their industry. HE AISO HAS YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. Reasonably priced.Thanks everyone at Done Ruggt Today.

Happy with the water heater install

Two technicians arrived on time. They fully explained everything that needed to be done and gave a cost range up front, depending on what they found once they found once they disassembled my shower faucet mechanism. It ended up being a replacement of the pressure and temperature regulator valves. They are a bit on the pricey side, but I'm happy with the repair work and all has functioned as it should since they made the repairs.

I hired them to replace an outside water faucet. While replacing the shutoff valve inside the house, the water supply line was accidentally cut consequently partially flooding my basement and soaking the furniture located in the area. In an attempt to rectify the situation, DO Wrong Today contracted a restoration company to dry out the carpet and furniture. After a face-to-face meeting with one of the owners of Done Right Today, who agree to make me whole, they later reneged on the agreement and said that I would have to handle the issue myself. There are many other plumbing contractors available. Save yourself some potential pain, DO NOT HIRE DO RIGHT TODAY.

They were polite and friendly. They put down a drop cloth to keep my floor clean. It took them from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM to replace my old water conditioner but they got the job done. I would definitely recommend them, and use them again.
