First, they followed CDC protocols! The gentlemen did a very good job & upgraded some of the materials. ! Plus I like there 3-year guarantee. Since I didn't get competitive bids, I am not sure about the cost/value..., seems a little high, but nothing to complain about.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink and were able to have it looked at and fixed quickly. They were respectful and met all of our needs. We were very pleased and will call them next time we need someone.

$900 to fix water leak at kitchen faucet and install water valves. The quality of faucet they sold us is ok not great

Dave arrived on time and went to work! He had to work on a difficult pedestal sink pipe rupture, followed by replacement of a burnt out sump pump. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of time it took to fix our problems. He explained everything and gave an upfront price before he started work, and cleaned up when he finished our jobs. Water heater installed quickly. Job site cleared no debris left. The employees are very polite and professional. I was so impressed that when I found a leak in a water pipe a few weeks later, I called again. They were able to come between jobs to repair the pipe.

I wanted to install a washer and I ran in to a few issues that I didn't expect. They were able to work with me and they found a way to install my washer. I would truly recommend them to anyone that is in need of a plumming service.

I may have gotten a great deal on the new gas water heater, but Iâ m not yet certain of that. The cost was considerably higher than some of the estimates I read about here at home advisor as well as in other places, but many more features were added into the final price such as a six year complete warranty and two or three significant safety features which brought the water heater completely up to residential safety codes. So I may have gotten a great deal financially as well as in the other respects that I have already rated five stars. The two young gentleman who did the work arrived on time, in fact early. They were respectful of Covid concerns and wore masks, which I think is essential in this day and time. They were respectful of my property and patient with my dogs. They worked efficiently; they left no mess at all and carried away the old water heater, which is another item that may not have been included in some of the estimates I previewed. After I review further value for money invested I will be happy to come back and change this four star value for money review to five stars if I find that it deserves to be changed. I will say this much now: this is the company I will call without batting an eye and without even considering other companies when I need any other work of this kind done.

The access to the water cutoff at the curb was somehow buried. Dave had to dig and search for it. When he found it, the valve was bent. He called the city of Wilmington to come. He said to me, "We'll get this done tonight. I'll wait until they get here." It was Dave's last job of the day, but he willingly stayed to me sure it was Done Right. Ryan, Patrick and Kelly had already been very helpful. Dave brought the job to a happy ending.

I don’t usually write reviews but I was very impressed by Ryan @ Done Right Today. He really lives up to the company’s name. Ryan was at my home within an hour of my initial phone call. He’s very prompt and knowledgeable. He competed three major issues at my home with ease. His workmanship is superior along with excellent customer service.I would highly recommend Done Right Today.

The technicians were amazing. The explained each and every work they were doing step by step. I felt at ease knowing I had two top notch experienced guys handling my water heater replacement needs. Canâ t Thank them enough. Iâ m A Fan and now a customer for life.

They were quick to respond to my inquiry, which was submitted on a Saturday evening. I was able to schedule for Monday. Although, I was disappointed with the intial pricing, once I made my concern known to management, they made an outstanding effort to assure that I was given a fair and equitable price for the service they provided. They replaced the connector with concrete and install a new toilet. regard to the price. The service provided by the service manager, Ryan, was excellent and it is recommended that the tech receive additional business/customer skills that are reflective of this companys management.

When I reached out to HomeAdvisor, via the internet, I received a call back immediately from Kelly. She was very professional and also kind and understanding of my situation. I called back the next day because my sump pump had been running non stop for 4 days. I didnâ t hear any water going out so I knew I need help right away or my basement would be flooded. When I called back I spoke with Ryan and he also spoke very kindly and ensured he can make it out to my home today. I received a call from Kelly and she said Ryan is on his way. He also arrived ahead of schedule. He assessed the situation and said it can be fixed within an hour. He and his co worker Adam( who is also very nice and professional) fixed my issue in less than an hour, they showed me what they had done, and it looked better than it did prior to the guys working on it, he also asked if I had any questions. Their professionalism is out of this world. I highly recommend â Done Right Todayâ for all your plumbing needs.

I'd like to thank Jerry for an awesome job. He gave me two estimates before proceeding with the job and saved me money. I can return the parts i bought at Lowes. I'm just so impressed the quality and service I received today.

Patrick and Adam came to my house to fix a leaking tankless electric water heater. They could not fix. I wasn't happy with the performance so Patrick recommended a gas vented water heater. Also installed a utility tub in my laundry room. I didn't even call done rite till maybe 11:00am. They came did all work and where out of here by 5:15. How is that for same day service. Jason came to assist. Cleaned up nice crew. I would highly recommend them.
