From the first call to rep (Millisa) to the tech who did the repair was customer friendly and effiecent I hired them for a repair in my father's house they had a tech there within 2 hours repaired the problem and pricing was great. I was so impressed I hired this company for a plumbing issue in my own home. Tech showed up ON time pricing was in line with job done I recommened this company to my neighbor and would recommend them in the future. GREAT customer service

I am a new homeowner and the broken water heater was my first major repair. After getting the run around from my home warranty company (AHS), I took matters into my own hands and went to the Angi app. I received a personal phone call within minutes of submitting request on a Friday and Done Right came out on a Saturday. Ryan was a professional, warm, and courteous contractor. He followed COVID protocols and had the new heater installed on Monday. Could not have been a better experience.

The project turned out great They showed up on time and they were well informed about was needed. Overall I was very satisfied.

They came early which was fine they were polite and very well informed about the job at hand, the price was good and since we are in covid (world)they had face covering and they put on booties before coming in ... so my wife and I were very satisfied and would recommend this company for your plumbing needs

Service man was very quick, efficient and explains everything as he repaired kitchen sink. He disposed of all items disconnect at no extra charge. Very comfortable with saying this is an honest company!

Customer service was terrific and the technicians were very knowledgeable and thorough. We had one small glitch that had nothing to do with the installation but was related to something obscure that had been done previously in our home (not by them!). They troubleshooted it, came back twice and resolved the problem at no additional cost to us.

Highly recommended. They repaired many corroding joints in my plumbing system and ran plastic lines to and installed 4 toilets I supplied. They did a great job, were friendly and very easy to deal with. They gave me an estimate on the job I wanted to have done without trying to sell me other products or services. The whole job was done in a morning. I expected it to take longer. They are very reasonable and I will definitely use them again when I need plumbing work done.

I called Done Right Today to repair a main water line after noticing that my front lawn was saturated with water. Within an hour they responded out and inspected my lawn and gave me a quote. They took the time to guide me through the process step by step, They were professional and took care of my home. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing contractor.

Very professional , gave us a reasonable quote, showed up on time, and did a very good job. They replaced a sump pump and re-did the pipes and check valve in a much better way. Very pleased.

The job was done fast. Patrick went step by step through everything. He was honest and personable. Also my cat loved them!

Excellent work evaluating a 20 year old shower system with 5 way valve, temp control, body sprays, and wand and overhead shower. Replaced 3 cartridges and reassembled and now good to go.
