Brian was excellent and professional they are very reasonable in prices. I showed him the problem in my kitchen he new what the problem was showed me my options on everything and showed me everything that he was doing. From the first call to rep (Millisa) to the tech who did the repair was customer friendly and effiecent I hired them for a repair in my father's house they had a tech there within 2 hours repaired the problem and pricing was great. I was so impressed I hired this company for a plumbing issue in my own home. I am a new homeowner and the broken water heater was my first major repair. After getting the run around from my home warranty company (AHS), I took matters into my own hands and went to the Angi app. I received a personal phone call within minutes of submitting request on a Friday and Done Right came out on a Saturday. Ryan was a professional, warm, and courteous contractor. He followed COVID protocols and had the new heater installed on Monday. Could not have been a better experience.
