Initialliy, Done Right Today came out to quote a sink faucet job we needed done and we were quoted a price that was rather high. We decided not to go with them for the service, and I left them a 3 star review because of the cost and lack of explanation. I received a call and spoke personally with Ryan after he found out about my dissatisfaction due to the price and wanted to make it right for us. He explained why it was the initial cost and apologized that there was no explanation. He went ahead and offered the job for a much more affordable price. I went ahead and hired them back. they not only completed the job for us, but also did it for an even lower price then the adjustment they already made to the first quote. I really appreciate the efforts by this company and we do have another job for our full bath we plan on hiring them again for.

I entered my information at night on Angi App and was contacted the next morning while other companies are sending emails to contact them. Collin was extremely knowledgeable professional and courteous. I needed help with the new toilet installation and Collin was able to check that to not only fix the situation but was able to solve a problem with the internal pump. Collin went the extra mile to install my new shower head and then cleaned up as he left. I have worked with other plumbers and they usually come in and make a big mess. Not the case with Done Right and Collin. Highly recommended and great pricing and arrived on time.

Steve was able to determine there was no leaks in the pipes. However the sump pump wasn't working as it should and he replaced the old pump which was a huge relief as compared to a recommendation by another company to tear down the whole bathroom to replace all the pipes. Done right did it right. Thanks Steve.

We hired Done Right Today to move a couple of water lines, install an utility sink, and install a washing machine outlet box. They arrived on time and performed all the work as agreed. They cleaned up everything before they left. The price was good, a lot cheaper than the big plumbing companies. Good communication and good customer service. I would hire them for future plumbing projects.

Ryan was great. He was very nice and helpful, and did a great job on several small jobs we needed help with. He replaced 2 bathroom faucets, the intake lines, replaced a shutoff valve at the kitchen sink and cleared a slow draining bathroom sink. Highly recommend and will use them again if plumbing needs arise!

Very professional and replaced my hot water heater and installed a new toilet in about 2 1/2 hours Highly recommend!
