Poorly. Inexperienced tech & wrong info about price. No call back when we complained.
Description of Work: I spoke to a rep on the phone & asked about having our heating system looked at. I asked how much the assessment was, he said that there wouldn't be a charge to just look at it. Tech showed up 45 min early, looked at the system, said it was old & needed to be replaced. He also recommended replacing the AC, which is only 3 years old. He then handed me a bill for $130.00. I told him that the person on the phone said there was not a charge to assess the heater. He said "I did a maintenance check & replaced your filter, that will be $130.00" We paid him. I followed up by calling the company & spoke to the person who said there wasn't a charge. He said he was new, & would discuss the situation with his boss & call us back. No call back.

They were terrific. They worked with me extensively on my estimate and revising my estimate. They gave me all the info I needed for my rebate. They came in as promised and left earlier than expected.
Description of Work: They installed a new heat pump and A/C as well as an air cleaner.
