 + -1 moreThe only issue we ran into with this installation is that a couple of the seams were very obvious and distracting. This was due in part to the nature of the close-cropped berber, but on inspection by the owner and sales person, they happily agreed to replace the carpet. I believe that this is above and beyond normal expections and will certainly bring us back to Millers for future carpetting and hardwood work.
Description of Work: We had a very large basement and study carpetted. I would estimate that the total square footage was close to a 1000. They also removed the old rug and padding and installed new padding.

 + -1 moreThe installation went well. The emoval of the carpet went well also. No complaints with the quality of work, but the amount paid for the carpet seemed high. This was paid by an insurance claim. When replacing our existing carpet, the new carpet pile was taller but less dense, which was a bit suprising. This may be my fault as a naive consumer, and the quality is good, just different.
