+ -1 moreThe cleaning didn't go well as the stains reappeared a few days later.
Description of Work: I needed my carpets clean because of pet stains. He told me the coupon didn't cover stains but he couldn't find any claim on my coupon. The stains seemed gone when he left but days later, they surfaced again. Also he was hard to pin him down and the day he was suppose to come, I didn't hear from him even though I call at least 8 times. The next day when he did finally call, he said his truck broke down but I know he had a phone that he could have called me instead of me waiting all day. He came the next day but was 2 hours late. I WOULD NOT USE HIM AGAIN!!!

+ -1 moreNo SHOW - No call - Totally unresponsive! Big disappointment. Unprofessional. Would not recommend.
Description of Work: I called, and set up an appointment. The guy never called to confirm the appointment. I moved all the furniture in my house so he could get in and easily clean the carpets, and he never showed, never called!

+ -1 moreMr. Higgens and his assistant arrived exactly on time. They moved furniture such as beds, chairs and tables and cleaned under them. They worked about 5 hours doing the job and never took breaks. They provided booties to use on the wet carpet, put all furniture back in place with plastic protectors to protect against rusting on the wet floors. The carpets look great. They are exceptional cleaners and I have used them yearly for more than five years.
Description of Work: Deep Cleaned wall to wall carpet in 1700 square foot 2 story condo. Applied Scotch Guard after cleaning.
