Description of Work: He was supposed to seal the back of my home so that water doesn't continue to seep in.

Description of Work: I needed two toilets repaired. One was the guest restroom and one in the master bedroom.The guest bathroom was leaking. There was water everywhere. Chris Breslin came in and worked on that one first. It wasn't an easy job so it longer than expected. Chris was professional and respectful. He told me what he would be doing and showed me the parts that were defective/ unusable. Even though it took more time than expected, Chris' price was reasonable. I would definitely use him again.

+ -1 moreHe's totally honest and trustworthy. I've left him alone in my house several times. One time he fixed a door that had swelled and two months later it swelled again. He came back and fixed it again free of charge.
Description of Work: I've used Chris many times over the last 15 years. He has put on new doors, done carpentry work in my basement, unstopped drains, repaired roof vents and many other jobs around my house.
