Description of Work: John and Kyle are both friendly and knowledgeable, and really seem to care. After the initial diagnosis, John actually did the repair on a Saturday evening at no extra charge.

Description of Work: Cleaned out refrigerator drain. Very professional and polite. Gave me tips on using refrigerator and buying another. Two repair people (father/son) here about 20 minutes and no parts so I felt $195 was a little high. It took a litte while for call-back on scheduling appointment. Otherwise, everything was great!! I will definitely call them again.

Description of Work: 5 year old LG front loading washer was leaking at right left foot. Service was easy to schedule and owners/service folks arrived promptly as promised. The problem was quickly traced to the discharge hose that had a pin-hole leak where it was rubbing inside the washer. Service men had a replacement hose with them, quoted the replacement cost on the spot and had the repair made within a 1/2 hour. They secured the hose so it would not rub and leak again. We have had no leak since. They were very efficient, knowledgeable and reviewed washer operation including using less HD detergent with us. They were business like and courteous. Only slight negative was the cost that I perceived being high, but not unreasonable, for a hose.

Description of Work: They resolved an issue where the dishwasher would not drain. My daughter was not being careful with washing dishes and caused several chipped dishes. One of the chips was large enough to block the drain pump from working. They removed the chip and only charged the basic fee. Excellent work, very prompt and courteous.

Description of Work: First, they came to fix the dryer. It was an easy fix and did not cost much. They were on time, wore booties, and cleaned up afterwards. They explained what the problem was and what they did. A few weeks later, we called because the fridge was making a horrible noise. They diagnosed it, had to order a part, called a few days later when the part was in, and replaced it. Again, on time, clean, and explained everything. Very nice and professional.

Description of Work: Washer was not functional, stopped mid load. Stan's came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary replacement part, and installed it a few days later. I was expecting them to have everything possibly necessary when they arrived, however the wait for the necessary part was not too long.

Description of Work: Evaluated oven/stove for non-functioning parts, ordered parts and returned for installation. Prompt with good communication and notice of when they would be arriving (called my cell phone 1/2 hour beforehand so that I could leave work and meet them at my house).

Description of Work: Washing machine drum wasn't turning properly. Stan's diagnosed it over the phone and made sure they had the right parts. Came on time, fixed washer quickly, gave me several tips to make sure I didn't have related problems. Would use them again!

Description of Work: This was a problem with our LG refrigerator in which the light would not turn off when the door closed. I was able to describe the problem over the phone to the service rep and provide warranty info - they ordered the replacement part needed, then scheduled a time for the technician to install it. He was on time, did the work quickly, and even gave us the old part as a backup in case we had any problems with the new one in the future; obviously in this case we'd have to leave the lightbulb unscrewed to avoid the original problem!

Description of Work: Our dishwasher was not cleaning. The gentlemen came out and after a painstaking job of cleaning out the inside of the dishwasher.

Description of Work: I foolishly disassembled my oven door to clean the glass, and then couldn't get it back together. It sort of exploded. AAA Stan's (John) put it back together for me.
