I was happy with the design and the work until there was a problem with one of the windows. The problem actually started before they were completely done but I was told it just wasn't closed properly. Then the window kept opening from the top down. I asked for them to come fix and was told they would. They never showed up. I followed up several times and was told it was any easy fix and they would take care of it. Several months later and they don't even respond to my calls/texts. I cannot in good faith refer them to anyone to do work since they obviously do not stand behind their work. I am very disappointed because I was happy with the room until things started to go wrong.

Excellent. Del-Coast is the very best. Todd and Pam are wonderful to deal with, very efficient, have great design ideas, and make every effort to find the best prices on materials. 100% honest. Their work crew is also great. Very nice, very hardworking!

Todd and Pam McDonald, along with their 5 man work crew did an excellent job from start to finish. Our contract said that they would start the project on 09/15/14, and have the project completed by 10/15/14. They actually completed the job on 10/08/14.......100%. Del Coast is an extremely competent builder. Todd & Pam handled getting all the required permits, explained what would be done at each stage of work, and their 5 man work crew put in a full day's work, and than cleaned up the work sight of any trash, each evening before leaving the premises! All County Inspections were completed on time, as Pam orchestrated having the Inspectors do their inspections when each phrase was completed. Todd, matched my "new" roof shingles to the same exact color of my existing roof. The same match was made of my vinyl siding. This was very important to me, as I live in a HOA Condimium Community of Single Homes, and the HOA oversees additions made to homes to maintain the integrity of the community. De Coast Design and Build,LLC used only high grade materials, and used no "short cuts" in their build. My wife and I are soooo happy with our new 3 Seasons Room, and new Deck. We highly recommend Todd, and Pam McDonald and their company, Del Coast Design and Build, LLC to anyone looking for an honest and reputable contractor!

Perfectly. Every aspect outstanding. When they knew a T-storm was possible in the afternoon, they worked until the entire roof was under paper and shingles.

From the first day in October 2013 when we signed their contract to begin the project in April 2014 we were very pleased with this company. The company is run by a husband and wife team. They had given us references to call if we needed and every person we talked to re Del coast work and end project was well rated by previous customers. Their team of workers were the best so well mannered and punctual whenever they came to work at our home. The men left our yard etc spotless and clean. Pam and Todd the owners were so professional and right in the ball with every aspect of the constructing phase right down to every detail in planning it. If there was a change in schedule Pam would call us a day ahead to let us know. We hated to see them and their staff leave that day when the project was over. They were like a member of the family. We give DelCoast the highest rating because we were so happy with the finished product and their great customer relations. We wish them the best in the future .

We had a wonderful experience with Del Coast from the initial meeting to the finished project. They started by providing suggestions as to how to build the project; gave us a reasonable estimate; showed up to start the job as promised and did exactly what they promised. The crew was respectful of our property, did quality work,, showed up on time every day and cleaned everything up at the end of every workday. The owners, Pam and Todd were a pleasure to work with. On of them was on-site every day to check progress and ensure quality. We would recommend their company to anyone looking for a professional, quality contracting company.
