We switched Top Flight for our geothermal maintenance service in 2022, and selected their recurring membership and payment program. We are pleased with their proactive follow up, scheduling, and appointment coordination process. Most importantly, we are impressed by the expertise and thoroughness of their technicians and feel their pricing is competitive and a good value.

These guys are absolutely incredible. From the customer service to the technicians, everyone is friendly and goes above and beyond to help. I know when they come out, theyâ  re going to do an amazing job and provide me with tips and tricks to get the most out of my unit.

Couldnâ t ask for a better company! Christina was on top of everything getting me scheduled in as quickly as she could fit someone in. Trey came within 2 hours found the problem and was very nice and informative of what needed to be fixed and replaced. Isiah came today fixed me all up was very pleasant and quick to get me some relief within 24 hours my a/c was restored on what had been the hottest days of summer so far. Thank you Top Flight for your quick response and professionalism. 10/10 recommend!
