Savini Construction

Mr. Savini matched to flooring color to our adjacent hallway very well. There is a subtle difference in gloss, but one can only see it from the bedroom thru the doorway, not a big deal. The installation went well although we wish it had been a day shorter (3 total). They moved our furniture out for us and back in. They missed puttying a few nail holes but we could deal with that, again no big deal, but I'm sure they would have responded if we had called back. This is the second job Savini has done for us, the previous being the same scope for both the living and dining rooms. They did such a good and fairly priced job there they were our sole choice for the bedroom.

Anthony showed up on time (0900) Monday 2014-08-04 with a crew of three men. Worked until 1630 cleaned up and left. The crew returned Tuesday at 0800 and completed all prep work for the flooring contractor in the kitchen and laundry area, finished the replacement of the wood and re-installation of the siding, removed and reset the sliding door, cleaned up and were gone by 1130. Subcontractor (Carpet Plus Colortile of Milford DE) arrived at 0830 on Wednesday laid the Duraceramic tile floor cleaned up and were gone by 1430. Savini returned Thursday 2014-08-07 at 0800 to reinstall the cabinets, countertop, and appliances. Flooring contractor to return on 2014-08-31 at 0800 to complete flooring at top of landing to the garage.

The owner of Savini Construction did very good work with the estimate. He was reliable. He did what he said he will do. He tried to fix any issues that I had.
