Description of Work: Scheduled estimate for roof repair for 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning and never showed up! I called and they never followed up! Went with another roofer who was on time, and did a great job quickly! Would never use Saez and Sons!

 + -1 moreI thought the job went very well. It ran very smoothly from the time I called Juan until they were done. I feel as though they did everything quite well and I have no complaints whatsoever.
Description of Work: After Hurricane Sandy I had a leak in my master bedroom. Saez and Sons repaired the portion of the roof affected by the strong winds that pulled up many shingles. My roof is a multi-pitched roof and there was a problem where two of the pitches came together. While looking at the roof they found some things that needed to be fixed that the original builders did not do properly. I have talked to others in my neighborhood and they have had the same problems with the builder I had. The men completed the job over 2 days, and did a very nice job of cleaning up after themselves. The men could not have worked harder or been more polite. I was extremely satisfied with their work.

 + -1 moreAt first we wer patching our roof in two places due to the original roofers but, after talking with Mr Saez, he suggested we replace the whole roof and, we're glad we did. Had we not listened to Mr. Saez, we would have not found the other major leaks that required the replacement of the plywood. Glad we did the entire roof.
Description of Work: Saez and son removed our old shingles, replaced plywood in four trouble spots and performed the work quickly and professionally. they were very good with the follow up caulking and clean up as well. The roof held up very well with the Hurricane Sandy and there were no problems. We are very pleased.
