They are excellent, responsive and caring company . Their workmanship is excellent. The house looks like it's brand new after they finished. The materials they use are great and the workers are amazing. They worked well with the insurance company and helped me negotiate.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life. This is a State Farm insurance listed contractor. They hire sub-contractors to do most of the work. Poor quality workmanship all around. The sub flooring had to be done twice. The wood flooring install was terrible and had to be repaired after install. Still not as good as the original. Seems like they hire the cheapest subcontractors. The owner of Premier actually YELLED at me when I wasn't happy with the wood floor installation. However, once my brother-in-law arrived, they did what he asked and calmed down. The owner later apologized for yelling at me and hugged me when I started to cry. Office personnel were rude and impatient. They tried to convince me to accept poor quality work. But I hired other professionals to inspect their work and confirm my concerns. I did not want to use Premier, but insurance and mortgage companies made it impossible to hire contractors I wanted, knew, and trusted. I had to spend more out of pocket money than the insurance company estimated just to get the job done right. Home was not restored to original quality due to Premier's poor performance and workmanship. Update: I filed a complaint with the local BBB. Premier is now threatening to sue me because I told a neighbor about my experience and filed a complaint with the BBB.

They were terrific. They didn't even use all the money from the insurance and I got some money back. They were really good. They did a repaint and it really looks nice in there. I had to come back to Texas because I was living here. I went home to take care of this and I had to come back. They did this work when I wasn't even there. They took pictures and sent them to me online so I could see the work they did. My realtor went over there too. I thought that was very good of them to take the pictures and send them to me what they had finished. They were the only ones that would do the work for me at the price that the insurance offered.

Premier Restoration was the recommended contractor by my insurance company after a tree feel through our roof. We are new to the area. I got one other estimate. I chose Premier because they were a preferred contractor of the insurance company and they had on the estimate they would blow in the installation. The other company said they did not have the ability to blow in the insulation. Premier did not blow in the installation but shredded by hand from inside and on the roof. Two separate days they said they would be there to work on it and did not show up or call. The painter could not get the paint to stick to part of the ceiling and it had to be redone (at my expense). The paint is close but does not match. They came and pick up a sample of the roof shingles. But when they showed up to do the work, they had the wrong shingles. I then gave them shingles I had in my shed to do the work. They say I was not charged for the shingles but the insurance company said I was. The estimate was $1200 but the bill was $1900. About 60% more than I was quoted. Only the insurance company received notice of this until the job was complete. There was a hole in my ceiling for 3-4 weeks during summer when it was 90 degrees. Overall the work was OK but the price increase, contact from the company and service would keep me from every using them again.
