Masters Pest & Termite Control

I have used Masters in the past. Recently, I needed them to rid me of a LARGE wasp nest in a tree off my patio. I called, and a technician arrived within two hours. He quickly destroyed the nest, and charged me much less than I had expected. The folks at Masters are always courteous, prompt and professional. I prefer to patronize small local businesses when possible. As a small, family owned business, Masters is perfect for my pest control needs.

Very professional, on time, covers over shoes, on time, very personable, you can tell Abby loves her job. Dawn answers the phone and handled my call professionally, took down accurate information, very responsive. Many of the local companies either were too busy to talk when I called, or still haven't called me back when I left messages. Will count on Masters for all future needs!

Abby arrived on time and was accompanied by her father, the owner of the business. Both of them were very professional. Abby entered the crawl space and in addition to inspection and reporting, she drilled and sprayed each pier. She also drilled holes about a foot apart in all concrete around the perimeter while her father dug a little trench around the entire house, about two inches deep and three inches wide a couple inches from the edge. All of these locations also received the Termidor spray. The product is good for five years and we also signed up for their annual inspection program. For $90, they'll inspect the crawl space and ensure no new activity is occurring. Their work this day took a few hours and was very well done. She provided me a detailed report, pictures, and the state required paperwork for insecticide use. I'm very happy with Masters Pest Control.

Provider was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Explained chemicals that would be used clearly. Also, he had a great sense of humor!

I have used them for years. They call the day before they come and tell me when they’re going to be there and they show up at that time. The same gentleman has been coming here for years.

We found them through Angie’s List. They have been tremendous; we have been very happy with them. They were consistently reliable; they would call us back when we called them and if they did not call us, they would give a reason why. We have not used anybody else but they seemed very reasonable.

They did what they said they would do-when they said they would do, at the cost they quoted, which was very reasonable and the staff showed real concern for our situation. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who have need of their services.

They work with you to schedule appointments based around your budget. They show up when you want them to and the woman who answers the phone, Cathy, is wonderful.
