+ -1 moreI think Donnie needs to remove himself from the bar and place himself in the office. I would never, ever, what-so-ever use Lockwood again. I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy. Trying to contact the owner "Donnie" is impossible. He does not answer telephone calls, voice-mails, mail, visits, Fedex, or UPS. Given the amount of money that we have invested, I would have expected a lot more from them.
Description of Work: They built our house for us. I would like to say they were professional and great to deal with, however, they were anything but. Have you ever seen the television commercial with the 'No' buzzer, well this is them all over. Before you can ever get your question out, there is a 'No' lingering. Two years on, we still have a flooded basement, we have major cracks in dry wall, wood floors that are cracked and also siding that comes off when there is just a breeze. If you want some input into the design and construction of your house, then Lockwood is not your builder. If you want Lockwood to make all the decisions on your behalf and use builder grade fixtures - Lockwood is just for you!
