He was able to fix my dryer vent. I didn’t even know cleaning out the vent was a thing until my dryer stopped working. He then noticed the end cap on the exhaust pipe was not correct so he installed the correct kind. I’m a single mom & had no clue it was wrong.

Still in the process. Large list of projects but moving along as scheduled. The crew here is extremely responsible and professional. They work neatly and cearfully in my home. They do a total clean up at the close of each work day. So far the work is coming along as promised. The project manager takes to time explaining each process in detail and the importance of an energy efficient home. I do not forsee any need to worry about the close of the work. Time will tell the story about the change in efficiencies.

We self tested for radon and found high levels. Hired Lawson, who first wanted to test for themselves (a good practice, which I agreed with), and confirmed high radon. After multiple delays, they finally installed a radon mitigation system. Subsequent tests still showed high radon levels. Then they punched into our wall under a slab and did more basement sealing. We still had high radon levels. Finally, it dawned on the company to test our water. It seems the radon source was not so much the soil, but our well water. So all the work they did, the punching holes into our slab and walls were unnecessary and didn't solve the problem, but I still had to pay. Then they proposed to mitigate the actual source of the problem--our water supply--at a crazy additional cost. The whole problem could've been avoided if they first tested for all possible radon sources rather that just assume this was a standard "radon coming from the soil" job.

Not good they had to come back three times to fix issues, the workers were very nice but you could tell they were not trained very well. In the end I had to buy foam board and a foam gun and I spent a couple days tearing out some of what they did and redo it. The reason I knew it wasn’t done right after they left you could feel the air still coming in and it was strong enough to blow out a lighter, after I preformed additional foam board and spray foam the air leakage was stopped. Also because of the bad workmanship my rebate was not as high as it could have been after the blower test.

Outstanding !!! Excellent customer service. They insured we were happy with the system, which did require some effort. In the end everything worked out perfectly and we are very happy.

This was the 3rd time we have used Lawson and we have been very pleased each time. The first was a crawl space, the second was to remove old insulation in the attic and replace it. This time we had Lawson install a vent from a bathroom fan and install a Sanadry unit in our basement. No more moisture or musty smell! Great job every time and the men are pleasant to work with and respectful of our home. Neat and tidy work.
