Description of Work: checked oil tank. Found it to be low. provided emergency fill. Unable to restart burner which required service from another company costing $150. Major drawback to this company is that they don't provide service technicians

 + -1 moreWe have been purchasing propane gas from Bob Willey for the past 12 years. We purchased a gas fireplace insert about a year ago and have them clean the insert once a year. Their service is excellent. We have never run out of gas.

Description of Work: A service man came to our house to inspect our gas fireplace to make sure things were working properly since we just moved into the house and it had not been used by the previous owners.
