A group of 7 homes in a 55+ community in Dover, Delaware had this company seal our asphalt driveways. The owner, Bill Alexander, kept in frequent touch with us to let us know when he was coming. (It rained on our first scheduled date). Bill had called when the rain was predicted so he could schedule another date (within a week of first date). He called the day before to remind us. Bill and his two sons did all our driveways. They first trim the grass away from the driveway. They they cleaned off all the dirt and stray grass with a blower. Then they applied a coat of asphalt sealer. All work was done by hand - no spraying. Some of our other neighbors had a contractor who sprayed and had splashes of black dots on their white garage doors. Finally, they put yellow caution tape across and around the driveway to keep people off it for a couple days. They also recommended we turn off our sprinklers for a few days to let it dry. They explained this should last for at least two or more years. We paid cash, but they will also bill you if you prefer. They worked quickly, and left no debris behind. We are a newer community, so we'll definitely recommend them to all our new neighbors as they move in! They will also do free estimates.
