Their plants are usually of high quality, although sale items will generally be pot bound or of lower quality. Prices are higher relative to the larger big box hardware stores, but comparable to local nurseries. Hardwood shredded mulch and topsoil is sandy but of good consistency, delivery is prompt and reasonably priced. The holly and cherry trees we bought and had them plant were excellent and beautiful stock, and we're planted professionally. We have bought several large pots and a bird fountain from them. The pots varied in quality and the bird bath saucer broke after the first winter, however three very large ceramic pots are still in great shape after several years. Most of the staff have provided very helpful gardening advice, with only a few times when staff did not know about an item, or technique.
