I called for help to a repair service online, after they took our information Donovan O’Neil called within a few minutes, that’s it! This particular unit was bought at a local small business that promised repairs for life for their customers which wasn’t true at all. So after days of trying to get an appointment, still I didn’t have one but like I said Donovan called me immediately!! Within 2 hours he was at our house solving our issue. “O’Neil Appliance” was such a great company to deal with, Donovan sent his professional profile and credentialed information immediately so we knew who to expect. Donovan was so fair in cost, pleasant to deal with, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and the best repairman in all of our years being homeowners and having many appliances over the years. Donovan was a pleasure to work with. He arrived within two hours of speaking, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Related in with the main problem, he noticed a part that was showing excessive wear. Donovan was excellent. Went above and beyond to clear my dryer duct, climbing into the attic where it vented out the roof. In our discussions, I learned he could fix dishwashers too. So, I asked if he didnâ t mind would he look at that as well. Excellent service and very affordable.

Donovan did an excellent job of responding and repairing my refrigerator ice maker. He fully ran all the diagnostics to make sure everything else was fine before he left. His 28 years of experience really showed and his cost was reasonable.

Donovan has over 25 years of experience and brings that to the job. Weâ ve had problems with our 4 year old Kitchen Aid refrigerator, and serviced it a number of times while under our extended warranty.
