I purchased a cooktop, double oven, and pop-up exhaust vent f try on BestBuy. They agreed to remove and install these appliances. After installing the cooktop the installer said he could not finish and would come back. After being run around for two months I was told to hire someone and Best Buy would pay. Donovan Oneil called me within an hour of requesting service. Showed up the next day and worked on the job until it was completed. Great service, quick response, and a job well done. I highly recommend him.
