Great experience with Donovan ONeil. Texted him late Sunday afternoon, got immediate response and by the next day afternoon I am back in business Donovan repaired both my washer and dryer for very reasonable price. He did the work quickly and I could not be happier. My neighbors also had him do some work on their washer/dryer a few months ago and raved about Donovan. Highly recommend!

No one else would work on my Samsung dryer which makes no sense since all dryers are similarly constructed. He also works on every appliance so he is a valuable worker. I would highly recommend him.

I got an immediate response from Donovan. He came the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem. When the parts were not available locally, he put a rush on them and came back in less than 48 hours to install them. He cleaned the entire dryer system and cleaned up after himself. I will call them again if I ever need another appliance repair.
