Donovan was the best appliance repair person we have ever hired. He was very professional, clean and friendly. Kept us informed every step of the way with our appliance repairs. I wish we had known Donovan before we hired other major repair companies as well as Sears to do our work, they are not even a 1 star compared to Donovan. Very professional, cleaned after the work was completed

Donovan is a very knowledgeable and solid all around repairman. He has done a number of different projects for me.

Hired over a month ago for dishwasher not draining. Said garbage disposal needed to be replaced. Replaced garbage disposal and it never worked. Breaker kept tripping. Replaced breaker. Still didn't work. Said it needed a different breaker. Over 3 weeks waiting, nothing. When I got angry it was taking so long, I was told he would be back to replace the breaker and get dishwasher to drain, then wouldn't come back ?? Was not comfortable allowing him back, as I spent $460 and NOTHING was fixed. Would not refund money. Now I have to hire someone who KNOWS what they are doing after wasting $460 for nothing. How sad he is also a neighbor. Will be contacting the BBB and going to small claims court for a refund. Have read other similar reviews about no resolution and wasting money.

Mr Oâ Neil Could have fixed the problem we had with our ten-year old washer and said nothing about it but he was very honest and informed us of the replacement parts cost. Economically it was not worth fixing. I genuinely appreciated his honesty. He arrived at my house on schedule and even answered our call on a sunday evening. Will certainly use him again for future appliance work and recommend him to friends and family. We had him perform preventive maintenance on the dryer while he was here as well. He was efficient and the cost was very reasonable as well

Donovan showed up the same day we called, and fixed our dishwasher quickly and efficiently. He is pleasant and knows his appliances. If and when we need another repair, he will be the one we will call. We highly recommend him!

Donovan Oneil was super responsive, he cleaned my dryer and vent as well as my gas fireplace. Very helpful and efficient and communicative, explaining what he was doing. Start to finish from first phone call to completion â ¦ maybe 4/5 hours. I will call again when I need help!

I just recently became a home owner as my mother just passed away 3&1/2 months ago (I was her caregiver and moved in with her from NJ 3 years ago) and left me the house) and suddenly I was in need of a repair on my refrigerator. Iâ ve been very overwhelmed with everything since mom passed and now not knowing if the refrigerator could be repaired or if Iâ d need a new one which I canâ t afford. I was quickly put at ease with the kind and great customer service provided by Donovan. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions and put my concerns to rest. He had great communication as well letting me know when he could be here as I contacted him towards the end of the workday on Friday and he was here early on the following Monday and also let me know when he was on the way and how long until heâ d arrive. Luckily it just needs a reasonably priced part and as soon as he gets it heâ ll return to install it. Very reasonable Service Parts and Labor prices. Sadly a lot of businesses are all about the money & very expensive and untrustworthy and would take advantage of a single woman who doesnâ t know about repairs but not Donovan at Oâ neil Appliance Repair! 10 out of 10 I Highly Recommend Oâ Neil Appliance Repair.

I was told he would be here by 9:30 am, at 11:00am, he still has not shown or called to let me know if he was coming at all. in my opinion he is not dependable.

Donovan is conscientious, reliable and very customer focused. He not only repaired our Frigidaire ice maker but also our Bosch microwave as well. Itâ  s obvious that Donovan takes a lot of pride in his work. I have been looking for a quality independent appliance repairman and we finally found one. Donovan was responsive - came out the next day for a washer and dishwasher repair which is really helpful for my familyâ s non-primary home. He was communicative and helpful, quick with his work and efficient! Everything works great now, he knew exactly what to do.
