Donavon was great, very knowledgeable and was able to fix the ice machine on my Samsung refrigerator. I called multiple companies and nobody was willing to fix or get parts for Samsung. I highly recommend. Very reasonable too!

Donovan was Great. He replaced the fan motor on our GE double Oven. He was very knowledgeable and truly Professional. He trouble shot the issue and started work right away. We had discussed the issue before he arrived and he ordered the part to have it for the install. Excellent job will go to Oâ Neil again for any appliance issue. Great work ethic and a great guy and family man.

A leak in my freezer and my food was thawing. When i first called, he had two other jobs. I checked four other places and no one could come today. I called the owner back and he came 2 1/2 hrs later. Two hours later my refrigerator/freezer was fixed! Very friendly and explained everything. Would highly recommend

Donovan called ahead of time to set up next day appt. Was running late, but texted updated arrival time. On scene time was minimal (as I had already pulled panels from dryer as part of DIY repair effort.) Based on discussion of symptoms beforehand, he showed up with the part most likely needed to fix dryer; confirmed that it was, indeed, the faulty part; and completed repair ... all in 10 minutes. Nice guy. Would recommend.

Everything you hope for: Showed up on time, personable, knowledgeable, cleaned up after the dryer vent clean out, AND even offered to wear protective covers on his work shoes! I'll definitely have him return for any other appliance repair I might need.

Mr. O’Neil was extremely courteous. He verified his identity- sending his business information, and photo ID, via text- BEFORE appearing at our house. He SAVED US money by showing how purchasing a new appliance was a better deal for us, in the long run, than having him repair our existing washing machine…this revelation cost HIM money. He also took the time to repair our ice maker; a job for which he was not contracted, but agreed to do. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

Donovan answered my call right away and within 24 hours was able to get to my place and repair my dryer. I wasnâ t home when he came. He used Venmo for payment and sent pictures and videos of the problem and how it was running after the repair. Very nice guy. I highly recommend.
