Donavan was a super nice guy to talk to. He had my dryer fixed very fast. I was so happy. I wanted this job a long time ago. He knew what he was doing. Then my washer messed up. I was really down because then Donavan had to fix my Refrigerator. He cleaned all under my Refrigerator. He was just wonderful. and I enjoyed his company. When I need something done, I will call Donavan!!!

Donavan Oâ Neil is a true professional and extremely dedicated to providing excellent customer service. He provided service on my dryer and cleaned out the dryer vent too. He also helped troubleshoot my over the range microwave too. Very accommodating to my schedule â he agreed to come early in the day and communicated that he was on the way. As always, my service visit from O'Neil Appliance Repair was a positive experience. I called on Sunday evening and my washer was repaired by Monday afternoon. Donavan O'Neil is an experienced and knowledgeable appliance repair specialist . I have used him in the past and will continue to use him in the future.

Donovan was professional , knowledgeable, and personable. He texted me when he knew he would be delayed. He was a true problem, solver and able to fix several issues. I have already recommended him to my friends. He explained his approach to issues, and I found his rates to be very reasonable.

He was very quick to get us in, his job happened to be right by our house and he was friendly, thorough and great with explaining what he was doing. I will definitely be calling again for future work.

Donovan was on time and after some diagnostic work showed me what the issues were with our clothes washer. Problem was the parts were backordered from the manufacturer and would not be cost effective. He was honest and suggested we just go out and get a new washer. Hard work and honesty is hard to find now a days and he had both.
