O'Neil Appliance Repair

We hired the repair man from O?Neill waited all day for him to show up upon the agreed to date, made multiple phone calls to check if he was still coming that day. Finally at 6:30 pm even when he assured us he was still planing to come out , we had enough and told him not to bother, we hired GMH services the next day and had our dishwasher repaired.

I needed my dryer vent cleaned as a requirement of my HOA. I live in another state and called O'Neil Appliance based on a recommendation. I provided a code for the door and they texted me pictures every step of the process. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!!

I would highly O'Neil Appliance Repair for all appliance repairs. I called in the morning and the owner was st my home by 1 pm the same day. Although the washing machine was beyond repair, Mr. O'Neil gave an honest appraisal of the situation and recommended the most cost effective manner to solve the issue which was purchasing a new machine. Rarely have I found this level of integrity in a business.

Donovan was great. He cleaned my dryer vents as well as inside the dryer which were completely blocked. He also did a minor repair on my washer but didnâ t even charge me for that. He was friendly and had a great attitude. I have a new, favorite appliance repair person!

Donovan immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to order the needed part and reinstalled it. He kept in constant contact throughout the project. Very professional and honest!

He called the day I started my search for someone to repair my Samsung ice maker and came the next day. He tested the ice maker and restarted the refrigerator. Unfortunately, nothing he did solved the problem. He didnâ t give up and found the problem was a bad board. As Iâ ve had the board replaced before I decided it wasnâ t worth fixing again and bought a freestanding ice machine. I would certainly hire him again.

Donavon went far beyond what I expected. Have spoke to him about a few more projects I need done and will hire him again! Great service!

When my Whirlpool freezer defrosts, the water freezes and clogs the tube before draining. When I first called Oneil, he assured me he knew what was wrong and could fix it. During his first visit, he performed some testing and cleaning and charged me $165. Within two weeks, the drain was again frozen. During his second call, Oneil performed more testing, installed a small piece of non-electrical wire, and charged me $160. Within two weeks, the drain was again frozen. I called Oneil, who said he was coming back on 04/17/2023 and there would be no additional charges. He never arrived. The next day, I called Oneil and left a message. No one ever returned my call. Just in case there had been an injury, illness, or death in the family, I waited ten days to write this review. I paid Oneil $325 for NO resolution of my problem.

As this was my first circumstance where I needed a repair in my new home I had some apprehensions as I had no reliable source for this type of work. After reading some reviews, I called Mr. O'Neil, and I am exceptionally glad I did. After my own evaluation of the issue, I was expecting a major repair was needed and I think with a less skilled and knowledgeable technician that is exactly what I might have been stuck with; however, Mr. O'Neil correctly identified the problem, made a timely repair, and did that at a more than fair cost to me. He also provided a thoughtful examination of how to best prevent the problem in the future. I now have a goto person for appliance repair at my new residence and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a true professional.
