Morse Home Improvement Roofing & Siding LLC

We lost a number of shingles in a few different spots following a large storm. There was damage all over the region for many properties. We used another company in the past and I was satisfied with their work but they were very pricey. I wanted to use a more local company and called Morse which we had driven by on our way to Millville. It was late in the day (5:32 p.m.) and I was calling from another state, but my call was picked up by the owner. He knew the local area and was familiar specifically with our neighborhood. He said they would be out to get an estimate as soon as possible. I was very surprised when my security system picked up movement just over an hour later. The company was already out surveying the damage on my house. I had a written estimate about an hour after that. The service was amazing especially given the volume of calls they were facing following the storm. The estimate was very reasonable given my previous experience with the other company. In less than a week, the repair crew was out and the repairs were completed by a very competent and friendly crew for exactly the quoted price. My questions were answered and the billing was easy. I have already recommended their service to a number of my neighbors in the community and will continue to use Morse for our needs in the future. Their ability to deal with our situation, even when we weren't able to be at the house, was fantastic and the customer service was outstanding.

Working with Morse from start to finish was an absolute pleasure. My initial interaction with Alex was terrific. He came out to the house and assessed the job per the day and time we agreed to in late fall 2019. I signed the contract with the understanding that I would be placed on the schedule for March 2020, contingent on weather conditions. Joni in the office kept me updated when the weather started to break. I really appreciated Tom coming out two days before the installation to assess the project. This was a follow-up to a very detailed message that Morse had sent in mid-March explaining how I could prepare for the installation and what to expect. A very large hardworking crew began arriving at 7AM and covering heating and air units, putting down drop cloths and conducting other preparation. The crew began stripping the old roof down to the sub-roof. I have never seen so many people working together as a team, so effectively. I believe at one point there were 15 - 18 folks working on the project. Our House is over 100 years old and located in the Lewes Historic District. The entire crew and foreman, Doug, was very sensitive and polite to our neighbors, since all of our houses are very close together. By the end of the day the job was completed from start to finish including the installation of a new skylight. The crew cleaned up beautifully and all of my neighbors have commented on what a fantastic job Morse had done. I would highly recommend Morse for your next roofing project. I should also note, that I had done some extensive internet research on Certain Teed Roofing vs. other asphalt products and am very happy with the quality of Certain Teed. Thank you Tom and Tomie!

They came out and checked the roof and siding and found no problem. They found that the snow came in from a vent and told me what to do in the winter to prevent it happening again. My original roofer passed away and the the sons were not old enough to carry on the business. I emailed these folks on a Sunday and to my surprised, they responded. They came out on Tuesday after talking to me on Monday and setting up a time. While they were here we noticed my neighbor's roof had shingles missing from the storm and we went over to to see him. They were back the next day, gave him an estimate and helped him with the claim process. Great service, very friendly family owned business. and customer oriented.
