I have only had the unit for a few days but it seems to be working fine. I had to call Mike after he was late to our initial consult meeting at the house without informing us. But once I talked to him he explained he got caught up with something and showed up 30 minutes later. He and his crew showed up on time for the installation and finished it in one day. His initial consultation was fair I think. He recommended a new unit mainly because the existing unit was 20 years old and I could not disagree with that. Overall I am pleased with Mikes HVAC Service and I'm hoping the unit lasts me another twenty years.

Mike is a man of his word. He is honest and he gave me an excellent price on the Propane Gas Furnace and Air Conditioning system he installed.
