Mike responded to our call quickly- a contact made through homeadvisor.com-, came to our house at his first available time- which happened to be before 7:00 a.m. on Easter Sunday morning, diagnosed our HVAC problem within twenty minutes, provided a fair quote for a new installation, and not only set a prompt appointment, but came a day early, and completed the job faster than promised.

I can't say enough good about Mike. He responded to my call immediately, and was at my home the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem - which was not the same as a prior HVAC tech's diagnosis. Mike thoroughly explained the corrective measures necessary in easily understood terms. His proposed repairs were estimated at less than half the cost of the previous contractor. We made an appointment for the following day. He arrived precisely on time, and completed the repair promptly. The furnace is operating properly, and the other tech's company has lost a customer. The bill Mike presented was even less than his original estimate. As one whose personal business philosophy can be described as "Do what you say you're going to do when you say you're going to do it" I must say Mike is the first contractor to fully understand and live by that simple statement. The next time my HVAC system needs service, Mike WILL be called!
