After some problems with my Bank Mike came out and did the job very quickly. He is coming back when we get natural gas installed.

Responded promptly for a quote request for a new heat pump unit. Came out same day and provided two quotes; a budget single stage unit, and a high efficiency variable speed unit, both competitively priced. Received bids from 4 Angi's HVAC contractors representing the top 4 Manufacturers rated for customer satisfaction by Consumer Reports (American Standard, Trane, Bryant, Lennox). Mike's budget price was the cheapest; the Variable speed unit was the best value of all bids received, offering 18 SEER2 performance and eligibility for a tax rebate. He arrived when scheduled with a crew of 5 at 8:00 am to remove the old unit. By 10:30 am the new unit was installed and heating to temperature despite outdoor temperature of 29 degrees. Neat, fast and efficient service!

Our 25-year-old Heat Pump in Rehoboth Beach went down on a Saturday in Mid-August and needed to be quickly replaced. After a few days of researching Heat Pump equipment & potential local providers, and eliciting multiple formal bids, we selected Mike’s HVAC. We are completely pleased. The equipment they offer is Bryant, among the most reliable and quietest. Their bid was the lowest of the other bids we received. For higher brand reliability, higher SEER2 ratings, and quieter noise levels than what other bidders were offering. Their bid was about 50% lower than one well-known national HVAC provider for essentially the same level of equipment. There were no surprises on the final bill; it was the same as their bid. The time from Agreement till installation was amazing. We met with Mike’s on the Monday after the Saturday failure. The Heat Pump installation was completed by Wednesday. We were also appreciative of the accuracy of their understanding of federal Tax Credits and potential Delaware Utility Rebates given our situation. We recommend this vendor highly.

Mike's HVAC is a 5 STAR company who does 5 STAR work. They put in my heating and A/C system in record time. They arrived when they said they would. The team that did the work was awesome! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Mike is a man of his word. He will NOT nickel and dime you. He is a man of integrity. He means what he says and says what he means.

Please be very careful with this company. Signed a annual contract with Mike in November, 2022 and paid upfront for the semiannual HVAC servicing. Called in April 2022 to set up the initial service. Mike proceeded to break two appointments (no shows) and never provided me with an explanation or an apology. Finally got him to commit to coming the last week of June. There were NINE text messages and phone calls made to Mike since April period before he finally was here. Mike checked the outside unit and the our interior thermostat. No filters were replaced and the interior unit was never inspected. Promised to drop off two new filters to replace the current filters. The filters were never dropped off and my follow up text and phone calls were ignored. Be very careful when doing business with him and if you decide to do so, I would highly recommend not paying for his services until he is on sight and the service has been accomplished. Very disappointed with this HVAC service provider.

It went well. They were prompt and they responded to my request. They showed up the next day. They gave me some advice. They were very professional. The day of the installation they said it would take three hours, but it only took two and half hours. They were very clean and I would use them again. I'm very happy with the service and I would recommend them to anybody.

The service was done in an efficient manner and the two guys took the time to help us set up the thermostat and walkthrough showing me the new equipment installed. We appreciated that they also took all the old equipment that was removed and even swept up around their work area before leaving.
