They have a monopoly where we are and we don't have any options. They charge whatever they want. They are not very responsive. They have turned our service off twice. I have my bill paid right of my checking account. They mail things to the wrong address still. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. They are terrible. Their prices are similar to anybody else. They don't do specials because they don't have to; they don't do any promotions in our area. I am very frustrated with them for that reason. I am not happy with them. The quality is not bad. It is frustrating to not have any choices. They showed up for the installation.
Description of Work: We use Mediacom Cable for cable and internet service.

The cable man came out and checked my box and said something was wacky with the box so they replaced it. It is convenient until the cable goes out, because then everything goes out. Overall, the service call went well. We don't have a choice, as we are locked in with Mediacom if you want cable services.
Description of Work: Mediacom Cable provide my cable TV, phone and internet services. They came out for a service call because my cable box was not working.
