Description of Work: CALLED FOR SERVICE ON HEAT PUMP THAT WAS INSTALLED IN MARCH OF 2009. SERVICE MAN CAME ON JANUARY 14, 2010. WENT UNDER CRAWL SPACE TO CHECK THE HEAT PUMP . HE SAID EVERYTHING WAS WORKING CORRECTLY. HE DIDN'T PROPERLY CLOSE THE DOOR AND PUT THE SHIELD BACK ON. WE DIDN'T REALIZE THIS UNTIL JAN.28 2010. WE HAD OVER 2 IN. OF RAIN SINCE THE DOOR WAS LEFT OPEN WHICH WENT UNDER OUR HOME. CALLED FIRST CLASS ON JAN.28,CO. SAID MAINTANCE MANAGER WOULD BE CALLING US BACK. NO RESPONCE.
