They were on time and installed the unit in one day. However following the installation there was no follow up.

Sean was a very attentive salesperson. He answered all of our questions. He gave us all the different choices we had and talked about the pros and cons of each as we had a budget we needed to stick to. We went with the Bryant with the wireless thermostat (an awesome thing as we can check the temp on our phones and change the temp remotely). The A/C worked perfectly and because they added additional vents to the suite over the garage, that room now heats and cools efficiently. No more window unit in the summer and space heater in the winter! We did have an install problem with the A/C not draining properly but we called, they came and it was fixed promptly. The heat didn't work properly as well but as the unit was installed during 100-degree weather it makes sense that we wouldn't know that until we really used it which was Thanksgiving weekend. We called on Thanksgiving Eve at 10:30 p.m., they sent someone out and he fixed the problem as the unit kept tripping the fuse. All service calls were covered under our service contract. All service people were friendly, polite, clean and knowledgeable. It's not just the unit you're buying but the service to the unit as well. We have been please on both counts. They also offer financing through GE capital which allowed us to budget.

All went very well,arrived at the time they were supposed to,removed my old system & installed the new.Completed in one day,cleaned up when all was finished.Had one minor problem,took care of it in a very timely manor.

Serviceman was kind and friendly. He fixed a problem no one else found which is why he was the second company we contacted. He did talk us into a yearly service contract, but doing so saved us money in the long run.

The experience was great. No issues at all. Just cost if a negative needs to be provided. But, today costs are what they are....

The entire transaction, from the product presentation to the final installation, went very smoothly. Sean was personable and knowledgeable and the installation crew of Tom, Josh and Ray were top notch. This truly is a "First Class" operation and I would highly recommend them.

They came on time and were neat. The price ended up below the estimate I was given and the installation was hassle free.

Fixed a plumbing problem. Rerouted pipes and attached a new hose hook up.

Annual heating check was preformed. Technician arrived at scheduled time, was professional and informative. I would reccomend, and will use them again.

Tech was very congenial and explained what he was doing. Performed most thorough check on systems I've ever had done, both inside and out. I was totally impressed with what he did.

These guys did a great job, it was the day before a holiday and my family was expected to join us in the hottest time of the year, they did everything in a timely fashion and we were all cooled down by the time the family came. Highly recommend these guys.

Very professional, came the same day as we called and got us up and running again in the middle of the worst heat wave of the summer. Nice person, friendly people on the phone, came when they said they would, worked quickly, cleanly and accurately, very friendly to our dog, and nice to us. We would definitely call this contractor again.

Great experience. Professional, credible, helpful. We worked with Andy from their sales team and he delivered exactly what he quoted. The install team was great - on time, knew their stuff, took great care with their work and the house. You are in great hands with this company. The only reason I downgraded their score on responsiveness is that during the initial inquiry to get a quote, it took several calls before anyone returned my call. Once the call was given to Andy he was very responsive and apologized that we hadn't gotten help right away. I am recommending them without any reservation.

They're very accomidating. They knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. They were very fair, honest, and courteous. They were also clean and wore those plastic booties to protect my flooring. They were wonderful and some of the most polite people that I've worked with.

I used first class for several issues around my home and they always did a great job in all their work. Will continue using them again and again.

Their estimate was very reasonable. They were also very knowledgeble about what needed done. My original furnace was installed improperly and did not even connect to the air filter. You literally could not put an air filter in my furnace. They installed the new one and made sure that it was installed in a way to be able to access the air filter. The installers were friendly and did a great job of cleaning up their mess. The new units are working great and I am loving my new digital thermostat. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

From the original estimate to the installation, everything was timely and professional. Sean, who provided the estimate, was very thorough in his explanations and guided me through the process of choosing the best system for my home. In the end, it wasn't the most expensive system available but rather the best system to meet my individual needs and expectations. I never felt pressured to buy the top of the line system. Sean returned during the installation to check on progress and then again the next day to give me a tutorial on using the remote access thermostat. We are very pleased with the system. It runs so quietly that we can't even tell if it's on. Would strongly recommend First Class for HVAC systems.

Both employees were very knowledgeable and conducted themselves professionably and personably. Answered any questions that I had. The company was extremely quick to respond to my situation. The first incidence was an inspection of my dual heating systems for the coming season (8/28/13). Two days after that one air conditioning unit stopped working. They responed immediately, coming to my house the same day I called. Replaced a blower motor in air handler and then an electrical component in the outdoor unit (9/3/13, 9/4/13). The approximate cost of the service included everything I described above. It also included a service contract for twice yearly inspections of my heating and cooling systems. A service contract with First Class also brings discounts to the consumer for any future work. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Installation was completed ahead of time despite a heavy rain shower. They arrived on time but forgot to bring floor covering. They called and had the covers within an hour. That did not delay the install.

I used them because there was a coupon to use. They were fine. They were very professional and prompt. I would recommend them. Their call back was good. Their price was great with the coupon.

I enjoyed working with them a great deal. After talking to 4 different contractors and getting a wide range of quotes - $6,900 from a Small Contractor that took 45 days to get me the quote (I am a small business and am busy) to $15,000 (flexible ducts? rigid dicuts? you can have anything you want) - I decided to go with First Class. I found them very responsive and they listened carefully to understand my needs for a system for my vacation house - my desire to balance efficiency of the system, with the ability for it to make rapid changes in the temperature of the house (when we arrive late at night), with cost. We agreed upon a heat pump with an electric assist. We talked a lot about where to install the system - get the compressor away from the bedroom window (who would do that?) to the other side of the garage and put the air handler up in the attic (the old system was in the crawl space and I had endless troubles with flooding, moisture, and condensation). They were even sensitive to my concerns about having unnecessary electrical/moving parts and installed a gravity drain rather than a condensation pump. Their installation team was superb. They had drop cloths everywhere, wore booties (I always thought it was a gimmick - but I did appreciate the thought), and moved quickly. They did an excellent job in removing the old system from the crawly space and covering up the old duct holes. These guys love silicone...... and that is a good thing; they caulked every possible opening with a ton of caulk... no air is getting anywhere. They had to rip out the bottom half of my closet where the the prior supply fed from and route it from the ceiling. The only tiny weakness is that they were clearly not drywall specialists.... but they did a competent job. Read my prior reviews..... you will clearly see that I am not hesitant to be critical. No need to be with these guys. It is really a joy to write a great review. Very happy with these folks.

The showed up on time, and were very friendly and professional. After they discovered the problem, they completed the repairs in a very timely manner. I will definitely use them in the future for further air conditioning, electrical and/or plumbing work. They made a customer for life!

Called a little earlier than the original appointment to ask if he could come at that time. I said O.K. and he arrived within 10 mins. of when he indicated. He found a new problem that might need some maintenance in the future and gave me an estimate for a known problem in the heating system that was within a few dollars of a previous estimate..glad to have a 2nd opinion. We negotiated the charge for the R22 refrigerant since I didn't need the supposed two lb. minimum. I was charged for 1 lb., $89.25 though about 0.6 lbs. was required. I don't know what the going rate is for refrigerant but I do know this refrigerant is being phased out and, hence, can be expensive. I have seen a suggestion online that any need for refrigerant without checking for a leak is less than professional. I was told that "either it wasn't filled up initially or there's a leak" so there's no warrantee on the R22." I'm not sure I got all of the service that came with the $79 service charge. The caveat about no warrantee came as he was packing up to leave. I know the A/C was probably not maintained by the previous resident and slow leaks are common, but this does seem to be a little shabby.

First Class Heating, A/C and Plumbing was absolutely wonderful. They were very thorough, were very kind, I mean we couldn't have asked for any better. I thought they were very good. I would recommend them.
