The initial sales information was excellent, as was the actual install of both heat pumps. The guys went the extra mile to ensure that things were done correctly and not half-done. For my upstairs unit, they even went out of their way to grab some paint to match the color of my house for he outer aluminum cover that went over the connection pipes that ran up to the attic. The downside is their responsiveness to annual check-ups. You would think that they would stay on top of this since this is the bread and butter of after sales revenue for a company like this, but I've had to call them twice to get someone to call me back and still no reply and both of my units are long overdue for an annual inspection. Given their workers quality, I am going to stick with them and keep hounding them, but if that falls off, I would not recommend this company.

Excellent service from beginning to end

RJ Hitch was the Tech who did the install. He was very professional and courteous. He did a very clean install of the humidifier and thermostat. He also helped me get on-line after hooking up the WiFi Thermostat to make sure that the App worked on my iPhone, iPad, and PC. He made sure that everything was operational, and answered all my questions regarding the operation before leaving my home.

Both technicians were very courteous and explained what they did to service my A/C and Hot Water Heater. They were very polite and they even put up with my yappy dog and unfriendly kitty. LOL From my experience today I would recommend First Class to anyone.

Made contact through Angieslist via email on 8/20/14. I received a call back within 30 minutes. I scheduled the work for the the morning of 8/21/14. Date and time was confirmed. Jeff Davis the Plumber who did the install was EXCELLENT! He call early in the AM, got directions to my home. He arrived promptly. Jeff is an excellent Plumber. I will definitely use First Class in the future. In fact, I am in the process of contacting them about an install of a furnace humidifier.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!. I only used them because they were on Angie List. The firs guy that came out could not get an accurate reading but he wanted to charge me $259.00 because he said I MIGHT need freon or. How would I need freon if you could not get an accurate reading. Once he left the fan would not shut off. I called them back and was charged again and he did not go outside to try to test my air unit. I do not have a problem with replacing or repairing what is needed. I do have a issue with paying for what I might need (freon) and that I might have a leak somewhere or I don't know. If you are a certified technician , WHY DON'T YOU KNOW! They made 2 trips. The second guy was OK. However, I still did not get another reading so that I would know what is needed.

It was wonderful. I was thrilled to death with them.

I like the salesman a lot. He was very professional and apathetic and each of the service men who has been here, in between installing and doing check ups for the spring and so forth, has been very professional, friendly and left a clean site. I would recommend them.

They are not taking any new customers..

When I moved into my home a year ago, the heat pump had already been regularly maintained. When it came time for fall maintenance, the other company was okay, but I was hesitant to ask them to return. Good thing I chose First Class this time because that's what they are. Jamie was thorough and professional. He assured me that the heat pump still had a lot of life left in it, all looked okay, and he was happy to address my concern with an old filter that had been left in after the last maintenance by the former provider. I couldn't figure out why there was so much dust on the grills inside the house. Problem solved by First Class with new filter and thorough cleaning of unit. Signing up for their Preventative Maintenance Plan was my pleasure after the kind of service experienced today. Not only will it provide peace of mind, but there are added benefits to having your system in their care.

They made arrangements with the realtor of the seller to obtain the key, arrived on time and did the diagnostic for me. They called me from the home to let me know there findings and charged me the amount that they said it would cost. Very easy and convenient. The staff in the office that made my appointment was helpful and the technician that called me was professional.

Very impressed with tech! Explained what he was doing and gave final results on both heating and AC functions. Definitely most thorough inspection service I've ever gotten.

I had a maintenance agreement where I am supposed to call them to come in for the maintenance. By and large, I had a good experience with them and I am happy with what they did. They were very good, the guy that came here, he did his job, but there is only thing; he did not explain to me exactly what he did. I do have a maintenance agreement with them. I might use them or I might go with somebody else, once I finish this maintenance agreement.

I still use them. I had originally called them for a service contract to check my heating and cooling twice a year in winter and summer. Then just two days after they did that, the air conditioning went up so they had to come back and fix that. They did a complete inspection, changed filters and just discussed the type of unit I have for the air condition. I have a heat pump on the second floor and a natural gas furnace for the first floor so I have a dual system. They talked about the heat pump and how much life is in it. I don't have a whole lot of comparison on price but they responded. They were quick and they actually came out before they said they could. They were good. I’m calling them back to come soon and check the air conditioning. I have moved to the second year for the service contract with them.

They are reasonably priced for an annual contract, respond quickly, and most impressively, not only do they know what they are doing but they tell us that even though parts of our systems are old, they were good purchases, are in fine shape and should last a lot longer. That makes me really trust these guys.

System is working great since they serviced it.

I have a service contract with First Class Heating & AC and got bids from them and other contractors to replace my older heating and AC system. First Class's price was very competitive. I liked the recommendations that they made for what I wanted -- an efficient system but not super-efficient or super-expensive since this is a vacation home. They also offered a discount of $250 for Angie's List members. They came on the date I requested and the technicians were very thorough and professional. The installation manager, Ron Witke, also visited my home and arranged to have two additional technicians come to help move the old and new outside units, which had to be lifted manually over a fence. They vacuumed my carpet and cleaned up carefully after the work was completed.

Service was incredible; however, the cost was high.

First Class replaced all the plugs, checked our circuit breakers and made sure there we no other problems. They did this quickly, they had the materials needed and were done in less than 1/2 hour. We wish to note that they set a time for the appointment, called when they were 15 minutes away, were responsible for maintaining a clean work area, and were careful of tracking the snow into our home. They were friendly, quick and very responsible.

First Class provided more than we agreed upon.

PLEASE NOTE THAT I SUBMITTED A REVIEW LAST SUMMER OR THE PRECEDING SUMMER. I CAN ONLY SAY THAT THE SERVICE WAS FINE. BEYOND THAT I WOULD NEED TO HAVE SOME LEVEL OF EXPERTISE IN FURNACE REPAIR WHICH I HAVE NOT.

You couldn't use the washer and dryer at the same time. They assessed the problem and fixed it. Very good service. I would have them again.
