Description of Work: Replaced HVAC system with heat pump. Moved location and ran new lines, thermostat, ductwork, and they did a fantastic job. The warranty includes compressor, parts, and labor. Very professional and appreciated explainations about how the system works.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate of having a water circulator installed. The serviceman arrived late (couldn't find my address). Also didn't give me an answer on installing the water circulator that I had already purchased but instead recommended the installation of a new water heater which isn't what I called him for.

Description of Work: The service provided included flushing a Rinnai water heater and routine maintenance on two residential AC systems. The individual providing the service answered all of our questions patiently and provided advice on when to have things serviced again. Also, we were very impressed with the good communications with the office staff when arranging appointments and the technician, who called us when he was on his way to our house.

Description of Work: After having my spring maintenance done by First Class, my air conditioner was not putting out cold air. They came back after a week and did some checking, told me I might have a leak and added 4 lbs of Freon. Still no cold air. I had no air conditioning and it was 85 outside.They charged me $231.73 for the Freon and told me the office will call to set up an appointment for a leak test. I called the following day and was told they could not get here for a week,the test could run from $400 and up. Not wanting to wait that long I called Yoder Central Air and I am glad I did. They came out the day I called checked my air conditioning and found the following; two connections were loose and a washer was missing in another. 15 minutes after they entered my house cool air was coming out my vents. It would have cost me OVER $600 if I continued with First class and also would have waited over a week to get relief in my home from the heat. My question is, Why could First Class not find something as simple as two loose connections and a missing washer in the two visits they made to my home? I will never use First Class and would never recommend them to anyone

Description of Work: They fixed a leaky pipe under our kitchen sink and a leaky faucet. They were on time professional and provided quality service.

Description of Work: They were supposed to fix an issue I was having with getting hot water from my bathroom shower. They fixed half of the problem and told me I had hot water. This is a vacation home and when I came down a week later I did not have hot water.

Description of Work: They installed a ductless heating and air system in two locations. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to be sure the job was done well.

Description of Work: First Class installed a split system heat pump in a sun room. The entire contact from estimate, to installation and operational instructions were excellent, timely and responsive. Employees were extremely professional, courteous and very respectful of the job site and left the property in immaculate condition.

Description of Work: I had a previous tech tell me my AC unit was running high amp. First Class tech came and checked the unit. He confirmed that the unit was cooling very efficiently. He informed me that the amps were running high, but that may be normal for this unit, as it was well within the rated range. He even told me what he would do if this were his house. I appreciate the knowledgeable professional way my service call was handled.

Description of Work: Replaced our heat pump system. It went very well. The installers arrived on time, put down tarps to protect the floor, removed the air handler from the attic and heat pump from yard and installed new equipment.
