Provider was clean and punctual, performed all services professionally, performed all aspects of install well. Very good follow up.

Their service was great! I like the guy very much. He was responsive, and he explained everything very clearly. He knew what he was talking about, and I felt like they were reliable that they would get the job done in the time frame they said they would, and they did it! I would absolutely hire them again.

We were very happy that First Class was able to set us up for maintenance on a Saturday without charging an emergency fee, as this is our secondary home and we do not live there full time. Buddy, the technician that provided our first service, was extremely competent and professional. The heat pump is over 20 years old, and he was able to replace the contactor, and keep our system running ($320). We were back for a 4 day weekend in February and all was well. On March 9th, we had no heat at all, and called for emergency service ($76). First Class showed up promptly in less than one hour. The heat pump needed a new blower and capacitor, which had to be ordered. We returned to our primary home (and heat), and arranged for a friend to assist First Class with access to our home later in the week. They came back and replaced the blower and capacitor ($687). Maybe our system was just too old to fix. We leave our thermostat at 52 degrees while we are not there. Our electric bill from the period March 15-April 15 was exorbitantly high, over 4X the cost of the same month last year. We only spent 2 days in the house during that time frame. While we didn't really understand the problem at this point, we knew that there was one. Because we had a maintenance agreement with First Class, our AC tune-up was already paid for. We saw Buddy again on May 20th. That is when we learned that all the Freon was gone from our system. Our AC worked great the previous summer, and now we were faced with an extremely costly repair, or the expense of replacing the system completely. We do not know what caused the leak in our system, if it was the age of the unit or the repairs that were done. We ended up getting 6 estimates from 3 different HVAC companies before replacing the heat pump/AC. Andy from First Class was very careful and thoughtful in preparing our estimate. While First Class provided the lowest cost estimate, we ultimately chose a different company to install our new system.

They were so nice and professional, I went ahead and bought a year's contract. Recommend highly.

I contacted the company to notify them of my problem. They let me know someone was going to be in the area shortly and I would receive a call. The technician called within an hour to let me know he was on the way. They were very prompt, explained the problem well, and I was happy with the price. I will use them again.

There were no problems that the serviceman couldn't handle. Details are beyond my expertise.

John was so professional and helpful! He took the time to explain how the system works. He had to go into my attic crawl space on one of the hottest, most humid days we've had; yet still remained pleasant! John certainly seems to know his job and does it very well. First Class is very fortunate to have such a dedicated employee. I even asked for business cards so that I can give them out to neighbors! We obtained a maintenance contract and will continue to use First Class Heating and A/C in the future. I definitely recommend this fine company!

From the first meeting through installation everyone associated with our project was polite, responsive, knowledgeable and professional. They showed up as scheduled and charged as per contract. My sun room had no heat or air conditioning and at certain times of the day/year I could not use it. They recommended a Mitsubishi ductless split air/heat unit. The first day we used the unit was hot and humid. The air conditioning worked quickly and the room was really comfortable and enjoyable. The next two days were really cold and windy so I got to test the heat portion of the unit. The heat was only needed for about an hour or so in the morning but I probably wouldn't have used the sun room until afternoon when it warmed up. Crazy that I could test the heat and air con a day or two apart! The Mitsubishi unit has worked really well for the short time we have had it. I look forward to summer and winter in the sun room now. I have not had the best luck finding reliable contractors in DE but this company is professional and reliable.

I sent an email to Tim because my heat pump system was making me ill. The response was immediate. Sean Walsh came to my home on Sunday and I was very impressed with his professionalism. Josh and Cameron installed the equipment; and they were professional and very pleasant. I have very serious allergies; and Sean recommended ductwork that is appropriate for allergies. I am very happy with the air purifier. Cameron and Kevin arrived early in the morning to replace the ductwork. They went the extra mile by working late to finish the job before the weekend. I cannot say enough about the care that Sean and Andy took in determining how best to resolve the issues I was having with my HVAC system. They showed real concern for my health; and this is extremely important. They were not simply trying to sell me a system. They wanted me to have the best system for my needs. First Class has truly lived up to their name.

It was exceptional from the moment I telephoned them until the end of the job. They were prompt and I couldn't have asked for a better company to do the Plumbing in my house. I will definately recommend them to all my family and friends for Plumbing work.

First Class installed a Geo Thermal heat system in our home. The home is new to us- we moved in last Spring and we didn't realize just how expensive heating with oil was going to be. We got thru November and December and decided that with the price of oil only going up, we needed to make a change. Originally, we were just going to have them install heat pumps, but, after learning more about geothermal, we decided that that made more sense. We are very pleased with both the system and the people from First Class. We found that everyone involved was very hard working and pleasant and we would definitely recommend them.

Per my daughter: Mike came out to the property. He wasn't at all intimidated by our 30 yr. old heating system. He cleaned the heater and made suggestions on other work to consider in the near future. He also suggested how to more equally push air flow into different rooms. He answered the many questions I had and was very professional. First Class had the best pricing and we were very pleased w their services. They even wore booties when coming in and out of the house, so courteous!! Will definitely use them again in the future.

It went very well. I was notified that it was the time to renew and provide check up/service for the winter season. The technician arrived on time and all went well.

Had a state of the art Bryant system installed. Met a salesperson at the local mall kiosk and got info on First Class. Called for an appointment. Sean called the next day and we met. He furnished an estimate immediately. I followed up with two other quotes from other local suppliers, did research on the quoted system and First Class on the internet. Their quoted price was the lowest and customer satisfaction rating very good so I signed the contract. Installation was done by two very experienced and professional installers on time as planned. System has been performing very well and I am quite happy with the whole process.

I thought that they were very professional and clean. They came when they said they would and they did what they said they would do. They followed up and came back to show my wife how to use a new digital thermostat. I would use them again if needed and I would recommend them to anyone.

Technician arrived in time frame scheduled and the office called five minutes before his arrival to alert us. Technician was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Corrected problem we pointed out to him (vibration noise in heat pump).
