Down hill literaly.. Poor customer service. You pay them on time for two years and schedule a day of the week to mow. They secretly change the days or only mow half of the property but charge you the full amount. You contact them and they pretend they didnt do anything wrong. So find another mowing service as there are honest people who can do the job right!!! But this company is not honest. 2 P's for Poor Performance. You try and leave a comment on their FB page and they remove your access. But good thing there is Angies List.

Other than them being friends of ours, they're just here when they say they're going to be here. They do good work. Sometimes, it's a little hard to get a hold of them.

DNC Lawn Care comes every week to maintain our lawn. Excellent service for a good price.

We have used DnC Lawn Maint. for 4 years now. Don is a perfectionist. Everything always looks immaculate after he has completed the job. He also performs other services and will always give you an estimate before he starts service. He will do spring and fall clean-up, mulch beds and provide fertilizing and weed programs. I have recommended DnC to several people and will continue to do so.

We have been very pleased with DNC and would recommend them.

Provider DNC states in his listing on Angie's list site that his warranty is satisfaction, yet when homeowner made a complaint as to the condition in which the lawn was left, provider appeared at homeowner's home and told homeowner to get another mowing service and cancelled service. Homeowner had called one time in early July to see if provider was coming that week to mow and was told no he had to do his contract customers so husband mowed. Although it had rained previously, DNC should have notified homeowner, not the other way around. Provider does not bag yet he stated the lawn was a "foot" tall when he came 2 weeks later, (definitely inaccurate or homeowner would have been notified by HOA) leaving piles of dead grass on top of the lawn (that was our complaint). From the beginning, DNC insisted on mowing every week yet he did not come for those two weeks so yes the grass was longer than usual, but NOT a foot tall. Homeowner hired a lawn service as homeowner is not a permanent resident in this home. Lack of professionalism. Lack of ability to follow up on a complaint - just cancels service. Lack of timely response to email and voicemails in homeowner's attempt to get bill paid while homeowner was in the area after receiving statement 2 months later
