 + -1 moreWe discussed what we were looking for and he came out as we scheduled. We showed him the fence we needed to install and also some wood and aluminum doors we wanted to rebuild for a shed. John was very friendly, took measurements, ask questions, and made a diagram. He said he would get us the estimate in a couple weeks. We gave him our e-mail and phone numbers and never heard back from him. Very disappointing.
Description of Work: Company performed no services. We called for a quote on a fence and also asked them to build two new doors for our shed.

 + -1 moreI called Mr. Fink (upon recommendation from our insurance agent Virgil Ellwanger) to repair missing shingles on a new (2008) roof's NW-facing (windward!) gable. . (The original roofing contractor had failed to respond to my request for repair.) I was worried--heavy rain and wind were forecast. Mr. Fink came out THAT AFTERNOON, climbed up and fixed the roof, adding seal-down to shingles that needed it. He finished just as the dark clouds rolled over the pond from the West. One shingle went AWOL in the subsequent storm; Mr. Fink came out again within the next week to repair that at no charge. Excellent work; prompt; personable; informative --we'll have Mr. Fink and Delaware Shore do more work for us, you can bet.
