Complete Tree Service

The team (5-6 guys) that showed up did an excellent job, especially Sean. Safely cut down and removed 10 trees including 2-3 large ones of which 1 was growing through a deck (on purpose) and impinging on the roofline. In addition, went through dozens of trees on property and removed well over 100 dead branches or branches near the house and roof. Removed and chipped everything in truck on the street, swept and blew everything on property and couldn't tell they were there after they left. Very clean and neat. Highly recommend them.

I called to make an appointment for an estimate. I left a detailed message of the work we needed done. waited a day and a half. no one called me back. I decided to call again. this time I got an answer. the woman I spoke with was very apologetic about not calling me back. we made an appointment. tech was sent out. I received an estimate 3 days later via e-mail. they beat 2 other competitors prices. we scheduled a date. crew showed up on time. trees were cut, stumps were ground down and clean up was great. the area were the trees got cut was pretty much leveled too. good job.

They were on time to our appointment, and very responsive - they met with me on a Saturday, which is outside their usual business time. I found out that they only do tree trimming. I only wish the secretary had told me right away that they only do tree trimming instead of going ahead and setting up the appointment to discuss maintenance.

The crew is efficient, professonal, and respectful. When working in an area with lots of trees, they removed tall trees and trimmed large branches without damaging the landscaping beneath the area they were working. It is hard to find a crewthat is cautious and respectful of your investments. Steve is very knowledgeable and demonstrates his expertise in tree care. Unfortunately for Complete Tree Care, there is often a breakdown in communication between the office staff and the crew, which causes a problem when you are trying to contact the crew. Messages are not often cmmunicated in a timely manner.

I have a tree that is listing towards my house and knocking down my shed. I first contacted Complete Tree Care through their website, which said I should here from someone within 24 hours. After 3 days - I tried again - by phone and got voice mail. Left a message and tried the website again - to cover all bases. I never did get any response through either message left through their "contact us" on the website. When I did finally speak with someone after several days of phone tag, they came and gave me an estimate which I found reasonable and accepted. They were scheduled to come do the work on Sept 18. On the morning of Sept 18 they called to postpone telling me that one guy was in Rehoboth and "I don't know where the rest of them are." The told me they'd be there on the 27th. I'm still waiting. I've also contacted another tree service, but the shed is history. Thanks for nothing Complete Tree Care

They were prompt, professional and cleaned up well. I would recommend them because they are very efficient.

I have used them before and I am going to use them again. I have been very, very happy with their tree services. They are family owned. He is outstanding, he is prompt and he is thorough. He has a very reasonable payment plan so anyone can afford to have him keep trees from falling on their home. He does excellent work.
