Description of Work: Bryan does work alone. He however, was here at 07:20am and started immediately. |He was very professional, polite, courteous, |and the windows are clean. He also dusted the ceiling fans while he was here in our home, which consist of every room. Bryan was here for quite a long time and in 95 degree plus temperatures the day he was here cleaning. While he did bring his own drink, I did offer him cold water to keep him hydrated. I was raised to treat people working in my home especially when they do a good job. I would use him again and I certainly didn't think his price was bad for all the windows we have, I certainly have been charged much more for poorly done work. Thank you Bryan!!! Laura

 + -1 moreBrian was excellent. He thoroughly cleaned every window, screen, sill and track. He alerted me to a broken track in the kitchen, but it did not impede use of the window. His contract included cleaning all 5 ceiling fans and bathroom mirrors. He is friendly, efficient and does an excellent job. As a newbie to the area, he shared where the great restaurants were located.
Description of Work: Cleaned 22 single hung windows, 2 doors, garage windows, and one huge main entry, 2nd story arched window.

 + -1 moreBryan did a great job from start to finnish. He came over and gave me an estimate and we agreed on a date to perform the service. Bryan arrived on time and was very perfessional. He did a great job cleaning the inside and outside of over 30 windows. I would recommend Bryan Powers and I will use him again.
