Our project hasn't started yet but customer service has been excellent. Also, references were all positive. The project cost is less than estimates provided by other contractors.

We are extremely happy with our decision to have a deck built by Accessible Home Builders. Rodney was very knowledgeable helping us with the design, he had a lot of great input and know exactly what we were looking to do. Derby and Doug did an excellent job on the construction, it is well built and was completed in a timely manner. We have gotten many compliments! All three showed a high level of professionalism which made the whole process go very smoothly. Highly recommend!!!

Scott was very professional. He explained the process of what was being done on the building of the screened porch each day. His crew was also professional and courteous. Completed porch came out beautiful. Would definitely recommend them.

They did a magnificent job! Very careful,responsible and knowledgeable. They were efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. I had some tricky repairs to be done; and they did them with no problems. I would hire them again for any project in my home!

Absolutely love their work!!! We are new to the area and were very skeptical on who we wanted to do this job. Turns out we made the right choice for sure. One of or if not the best contractor we have ever dealt with!!! Our screened in porch and attached deck is everything down to the pictures we provided Rodney with. He worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted. Derby and Doug were exceptional workers taking great pride in their work. They came when they said they would, signed a contract for the estimate, came to do the work (in one day two times) and everything was excellent.

For a repair job i was so satisfied with the outcome..i was impressed with work performed..the team was professional,friendly and i was quite comfortable that the job would be done right he first time. My deck is now solid and sound and this is because they took extra steps to reinforce deck and lattice work...i would highly recommend this fine company and will use their services in the future..again,thank you scott for a job well done...

The quality of the work was excellent. Everyone cleaned up after themselves and we got more than we thought we would like a storm door. They were fabulous.

We had a front and side porch replaced. The entire team worked together effortlessly. They were reliable, competent and preformed high quality workmanship. The work was completed in the time frame given and on budget. Most importantly were the open communications throughout the job. This was huge for me since I was unable to be present for most of the project. Thank you for all your hard work and professionalism. I highly recommend Accessible Home Builders. They were awesome!

From the first contact with Rodney, their sales rep, to Derby & Doug who handled most of the work, they were excellent. Their courtesy and professionalism were refreshing and if there was an issue, it was taken care of quickly and fairly. The workmanship that each crew showed was outstanding. We sat with 7or 8 friends in a neighbor's yard and watched the framers work and were all very impressed (an exciting day for all us old retirees)! I normally don't write reviews for any companies, but these guys were head and shoulders above most. I highly recommend them for you next home project.

We had an outside shower built behind our house. The shower looks good and works well. We did have a few snags along the way with the signed paperwork getting lost on their end. Then a few of the design requests we not totally met. Sadly, we did not have a drawing to make sure they were met. They also had a few delays with illnesses and subs that were challenging with us working on the project long distance with them. Overall, I would recommend and use them again!
