I had an estimate done by Gutter Guys on 11/6 and they explained that the were running about 2-3 weeks behind, which was fine with me. They provided me with an accurate estimate which was their minimal charge due to the distance from Milford to Dagsboro. They called the week before they came and scheduled an appointment the following Monday between 12 and 2 pm. The day of the appointment I called the office to get a more exact time and the foreman returned my call to let me know he had been held up on another job and was running about 20 minutes late. He was very apologetic as well as professional. When they arrived, my dogs were barking and unruly so I was unable to stay outside while they worked. They finished the job in about 10-15 minutes and it looked wonderful!

This went. Dry quickly . The original guttering was simply too small for the size of the roof, AFTER we added a partially covered deck. The process was easy and the installers were professional and prompt! I would recommend hem to anyone, anytime!

There was no pressure from salesman.

They scheduled the work for a day that was convenient for me and showed up when they said they would. The 4 man crew worked professionally, and they cleaned up before they left. I am extremely satisfied with the work and the product they installed.

Gutters were installed but not downspouts, because of size mix up. Communication from thier office was good and the new downspouts were installed.

Milford Gutter Guys were here on the date scheduled and Luke and crew knew immediately how to correct the poor job done on new construction by another gutter company.

They were professional and courteous. They cleaned up the mess. We were happy with their work and the performance of our new gutters.

I had seen the Gutter Guys truck in the neighborhood. I checked on Angie's List for gutter/gutter guard companies. The referral seemed to me to be a good one. I called the company. A salesman came out and explained all that would be involved (down to every detail) with photos. Quoted me a price (which seemed high to me but I really hadn't compared with other companies) of just over $1900. which could be paid in 4 equal payments without interest. The office called and arranged a date to begin the work and mentioned that the date would have to be flexible depending on the weather. The workers appeared within the 8:30-l0:30 time quoted (although rain was threatening) and completed most of the work. After two hours, they left saying that the would return the next day. The office called to schedule the rest of the job after I had left a message saying that Friday would be better than Thursday for me. On Friday the same senario occurred except that the job was completed. I gave the worker a check for 1/4 of the cost, and they were on their way.After the first day, the mess was mostly cleaned up except in the dog's pen. I cleaned that myself, but it was no inconvenience. I can't comment on the quality of the work for certain because time will tell after the winter has passed.

We live in an area where pine needles are a real problem. We looked at a number of gutter guard systems and priced them. This was the best system at the best price. The installation went well. Their analysis of how to improve flow of water through our gutter system was also very helpful, they took care of that as well. Very professional company, and owner was hands on.

Repair made quickly and completely.

I don't remember the names of the two guys, but they were very nice and professional. The work was done quickly and correctly.

From the jobs person to the installers, they did an excellent job. The gutter guards look great and are working well.

They were on time and very reasonably price. We had a thunder sumping and when it slowed down they did the installation. Very nice and polite. Will call again for work.

The company was on time for both estimates and installation - they were highly courteous and professional. Their work was successfully tested by Hurricane Irene - we are highly impressed.

Excellent experience. When we called them to ask questions concerning price, timing, etc. - they were very professional & courteous. They came when promised, did the job quickly, & answered all our questions. Don't have any complaints with them. Plan to use them on a regular schedule.
